ECED 2312 - Admin of ECE Programs

Administration of Early Childhood Programs is a study of organizational and administrative practices applicable to programs serving children ages birth through eight. Topics of particular consideration include leadership, enrollment, public relations, staff management, financial management, facilities, regulations, family relations, and program development. Field experience required. A grade of “C” or above must be earned in all Early Childhood courses before graduation.
