HCMT 2362 - Medical Credentialing

This course prepares students to conduct medical credentialing in any healthcare setting, from initial credentialing through updating information for facilities where medical services will be provided, yearly renewals of malpractice insurance, provider licenses, participation agreements with insurance companies, CAQH, and any other necessary medical affiliates. Prerequisite(s): HCMT 2305, HCMT 2315, and HCMT 2350 with a grade of “C” or higher. Note: Student must earn a grade of “C” or higher in order to progress in program.
