ECED 2370 - Developmental Assessment

3 Class Hours
Development assessment covers assessment for children from birth through eight. Both formal and informal instruments will be discussed emphasizing tools that can be effectively used by teachers of young children. Considerations in choosing, administering, and reporting results of assessments are also addressed. Field experiences required. A grade of “C” or above must be earned in all Early Childhood courses before graduation.
