ECED 2085 - Math and Science in ECE

A study of the standards, principles, and practices in teaching mathematics and science to young children, birth through eight. Emphasis on development of an integrated math and science curriculum that includes appropriate content, processes, environment and materials, and child-centered choices. Field experiences required. Prerequisite(s): ECED 2015 or department approval
