CIS 1070 - IT Support Skills 3 Credits 2 Class Hours, 2 Lab Hours
Introduces the students to the basics of delivering support within an organization. The student will learn how to efficiently prepare, accomplish, document, evaluate, and present the research to the customer. Special emphasis is given to customer service soft skills. Prerequisite(s): Completion of all competencies in Learning Support reading and writing.
