CIS 1040 - Business for Information Tech 3 Credits 2 Class Hours, 2 Lab Hours
Fundamental principles and issues of information technology as an organizational resource. The primary purpose is to provide an awareness of the role of information technology in providing computer-based solutions to business problems. Business process as well as evaluation, selection and acquisition of information technologies will be explored through case studies. Prerequisite(s): Completion of all competencies in Learning Support reading and writing.
