ACT 2160 - Building Utilities 3 Credits 3 Class Hours
An advanced-level course that explores the principles of climate control, electrical power distribution, lighting systems and plumbing. Topics include: heat loss/gain, HVAC systems, power plans, artificial lighting plans, day lighting, alternate energy sources, sustainability, Green Building practices and ecological concerns. Prerequisite(s): ACT 1161 and MATH 1710
