Familiarizes the student with both substantive and procedural law relating to marriage, annulment, divorce, child custody/support, adoption, and related topics. Emphasis will be placed on the legal assistant’s role interviewing and in drafting documents. Prerequisite(s): PLAW 1000, PLAW 1100
