PHIL 2024 - Environmental/Animal Ethics (Honors Option Offered)
3 Credits 3 Class Hours
A survey of conceptual and ethical questions in contemporary environmental philosophy. Topics include factory farming, animal testing, global warming, natural resource management, pollution, and philosophical debate over the significance of key concepts such as person, value, right. Prerequisite(s): Completion of all Learning Support competencies for writing and reading.
