MUS 1030 - Music Appreciation* 3 Credits 3 Class Hours
A survey of music from the Middle Ages, the Renaissance, the 18th and 19th centuries, and modern times. Topics include folk music, popular music, world music, music theory, and cultural and historical influences. Prerequisite(s): Completion of all Learning Support competencies for reading and writing. Note: MUS 1030 meets the general education requirement for Humanities.
