MATH 1410 - Math for Elem Education I

An introductory first course in math for elementary education, which is restricted to students majoring in Elementary or Early Childhood Education. Topics include tools for problem solving, sets and operations on sets, functions, logic, numeration system, algebra-based study of properties of and operations with whole numbers, integers, rational numbers, and real numbers. Prerequisite(s): Appropriate placement score or MATH 1000
