HCMT 2320 - Healthcare Compliance

An intensive overview of healthcare compliance core elements and strategies for compliance plan development and implementation. It introduces key statutes, regulations, policy guidance, and enforcement initiatives that are the framework for developing a compliance plan. This course provides students with an in-depth exploration of the healthcare laws and regulations of particular concern to regulators. Prerequisite(s): HCMT 2305 and HCMT 2315 with a grade of “C” or higher.
