PLAW 2000 - Civil Litigation and Procedure 3 Credits 3 Class Hours
A study of the role of legal assistants and paralegals in civil litigation. Emphasis is placed on the study of rules of civil litigation in Federal, State, and local courtrooms. Topics include civil rules from the beginning of the complaint through the conclusion of a case. Students are required to prepare documents used in the civil litigation process. Prerequisite(s): PLAW 1000 , PLAW 1100
