PLAW 1100 - Legal Writing 3 Credits 3 Class Hours
A study of the use of the English language in the production of legal instruments. Topics include using clarity and precision in the drafting and formatting of legal office documents, legal citations, trial court instruments and pleadings, appellate briefs, depositions, probate instruments and wills, bankruptcy schedules, incorporation documents, and many other such legal documents.
