A study of how consumer behavior influences the marketing manager’s decisions. Topics include the social, physiological, psychological, and environmental factors. Decision-making processes that have an effect on the purchasing and use of goods and services by individuals and households are included. Prerequisite(s): Level 2 placement in English and Reading ; BUSN 2380
