LEGL 1345 - Elder Law (Formerly PLAW 2650) 3 Credits 3 Class Hours
A study of the issues involving representation of the elderly and their families with an emphasis of the role of the paralegal. Topics include wills, conservatorships, guardianships, and elder abuse. Prerequisite(s): LEGL 1300
