OTA 1130 - Foundations of OT

A study of the basic tenets of occupational therapy. Topics include the history and the role of occupation to health and human diversity, philosophy of occupational therapy, theories, ethics, standards of practice and professional associations. Prerequisite(s): Level 2 placement in English and Reading, BIOL 2010. Co-requisite(s): ENGL 1010; PSYC 1030. Note: Course is offered only online.
