ENGL 2035 - Introduction to Fiction
(Honors Option Offered)

An introduction to short stories and novels. Topics include major literary themes, historical/social events that influenced the writers, literary terminology, characteristics of literature, interpretation of literature, and analysis of composition and style. Prerequisite(s): ENGL 1010 and ENGL 1020 . Note: ENGL 2035 meets the general education requirement for Humanities as a literature course or otherwise.
