CITC 1332 - UNIX/Linux Operating System
3 Credits
2 Class Hours, 2 Lab Hours
This course provides a thorough overview of the UNIX and LINUX operating systems. Emphasis is placed on the user interface, terminology and command structure within the multi-task/multiuser environment. Electronic mail and communications standards are covered along with standard UNIX/LINUX utilities needed to support the automated office. Academically prepares the student for the current LPI LE certification exam.
