CIVT 1550 - Surveying Fundamentals

The course covers the fundamental concepts and practices of surveying. Theory of measurements and field notes; methods of obtaining horizontal and vertical distances, angles and directions; use of levels, transits, theodolites and total stations; construction surveying, curves and volumes are covered. Prerequisite(s): MATH 1720 or MATH 1730
