CRMJ 1330 - Criminal Evidence & Procedure 3 Credits 3 Class Hours
An introduction to the American Criminal Justice System with an emphasis on handling evidence and suspects, the US Constitution, individual rights, criminal court procedures, the Exclusionary Rule, probable cause, arrest procedures, search warrants, stop and frisks, admissions, interrogations and confessions, and the legal requirements to be followed in processing criminal evidence and defendants. Prerequisite(s): CRMJ 1010
