MKT 2221 - Consumer Behavior 3 Credits 3 Class Hours
A study of how consumer behavior influences the marketing manager’s decisions. Topics include the social, physiological, psychological, and environmental factors. Decision-making processes that have an effect on the purchasing and use of goods and services by individuals and households are included. Prerequisite(s): DSPR 0800 , DSPW 0700 or equivalent skills, MKT 2220
