MATH 1710 - Precalculus Algebra* (Formerly Precalculus I) 3 Credits 3 Class Hours
A traditional course in precalculus algebra. Topics include polynomial, radical, rational, exponential, and logarithmic expressions and equations; polynomial, radical, rational, exponential, logarithmic, and logistic functions, graphs, and their applications; polynomial and rational inequalities and their applications; and inverse functions. Prerequisite(s): Initial Level 2 placement or higher in Math or MATH 1000 .
