BIOL 1120 - General Biology II*
(Science Majors Only)
3 Class Hours, 3 Lab Hours
A continuation of General Biology I and is suitable for biology majors and minors. Fulfills the science requirement for pre-medicine, pre-pharmacy, pre-medical technology, pre-veterinary medicine, and pre-dentistry programs. The Kingdoms of life and representative organisms are discussed, with particular attention to the Kingdoms Animalia and Plantae. Emphasis is placed on the tissues, organs, and physiology of representative members. Credit for BIOL 1020 and BIOL 1120 may not be used together to satisfy the general education natural science requirement. Prerequisite(s): BIOL 1110
