THEA 1030 - Introduction to Theater* 3 Credits 3 Class Hours
An introduction to the basic social, artistic, and technical elements of theatre. Topics include theatre as storytelling; dramatic genres, styles, and structures; and the contributions of the playwright, designers, director, actors, and audience to the theatrical process. Prerequisite(s): Completion of all Learning Support competencies for reading and writing. Note: THEA 1030 is a Humanities elective.
