PTEC 1070 - Process Technology II

3 Class Hours, 2 Lab Hours

Study of the interrelation of PTEC equipment and PTEC systems. Students will arrange PTEC equipment into basic systems, describe the purpose and the function of specific PTEC systems, explain how factors affecting PTEC systems are controlled under normal conditions, and recognize abnormal PTEC conditions. Introduces the concept of system and plant economics. Prerequisite(s): PTEC 1060
