PLAW 2100 - Torts

A study of the law relating to personal injury and damages to persons and property. Topics covered include intentional torts, negligence, strict liability, product liability, and worker’s compensation. Particular attention will be given to the legal assistant’s role in tort litigation. Prerequisite(s): PLAW 1000, PLAW 1100
