CPT 2530 - Computer Forensics

2 Class Hours, 2 Lab Hours

Provides entry-level forensics knowledge used to recover lost or corrupt data, and to preserve data for internal or external investigations. Topics include tools used to recover lost data from mobile devices, and hands-on work with a variety of operating systems including DOS, Windows, Macintosh and Linux. Prerequisite(s): Completion of all competencies in Learning Support reading and writing.
