CIS 1040 - Business for Information Tech 3 Credits 2 Class Hours, 2 Lab Hours
Focuses on fundamental principles and issues of information technology as an organizational resource. The primary purpose is to provide an awareness of the role of information technology in providing computer-based solutions to business problems. Business process as well as evaluation, selection, and acquisition of information technologies will be explored through case studies. Prerequisite(s): Completion of all competencies in Learning Support reading and writing.
