PHIL 2430 - Philosophy of Religion

A survey of major theoretical issues in the philosophy of religion. Topics include the existence of God, the relationship between religion and ethics, the problem of evil, the role of faith, the status of religious language, and the meaning of human life and death. Prerequisite(s): Level 2 placement in English  or concurrent enrollment in ENGL 1010  and ENGL 0815 ; Level 2 placement in Reading . Note: PHIL 2430 meets the general education requirement for Humanities.
