ECED 2312 - Admin of ECE Programs

A study of organizational and administrative practices applicable to programs serving children ages birth through eight. Topics include leadership, enrollment, public relations, staff-management, financial management, facilities, regulations, family relations, and program development. Field experiences required. Prerequisite(s): ECED 2315 or department approval
