PHIL 1030 - Introduction to Philosophy*
(Honors Option Offered)

3 Class Hours
An introduction to the historical roots and basic problems of philosophy. Topics include metaphysics, epistemology, and value theory (ethics, aesthetics, social/political philosophy) along with the major figures of Western philosophy. Prerequisite(s): DSPW 0800 and DSPR 0800 or equivalent skills. Note: PHIL 1030 meets the general education requirement for Humanities.
