MUS 1030 - Music Appreciation*

A survey of music from the Middle Ages, the Renaissance, the 18th and 19th centuries, and modern times. Topics include folk music, popular music, world music, music theory, and cultural and historical influences. Prerequisite(s): DSPW 0800 and DSPR 0800 or demonstrated equivalent skills. MUS 1030 meets the general education requirement for Humanities.
