MKT 1400 - Customer Service & Sales

An introduction to the fundamentals of customer service and selling. Topics include developing and conveying a positive attitude, identifying buying motives and customer needs, developing and delivering a sales presentation, customer approaches, sales strategies, and cultivating repeat business through service. Prerequisite(s): DSPR 0800  and DSPW 0700  or equivalent skills
