CIS 1070 - IT Support Skills


3 Credits
2 Class Hours, 2 Lab Hours

Introduces the students to the basics of delivering support within an organization. The student will learn how to efficiently prepare, accomplish, document, evaluate, and present the research to the customer. Special emphasis is given to customer service soft skills. Prerequisite(s): DSPW 0800 , DSPR 0800 , Completion of all competencies in Learning Support Math or DSPM 0800
