EETH 2600 - Automatic Control Systems
4 Credits
3 Class Hours, 2 Lab Hours
An introduction to a wide range of industrial automatic controls. The programmable logic controller is the base of study with the emphasis on programming. Topics include the various types of transducers common to the industrial environment and the interfacing of I/O devices to the PLC. Modes of controls, process response, and the final correcting devices are discussed. Prerequisite(s): EETH 1110
