EDUC 2120 - Intro to Special Education
3 Credits
3 Class Hours
A study of the characteristics and needs of children with special needs and/or disabilities with an emphasis on legislation, programs, services, and best practices in the educational setting. Field experiences are required. Prerequisite(s): EDUC 2010 , Level 2 placement in English and Reading . Note: This course is part of the AST K-6 Elementary Education Degree.
