PTEC 1070 - Process Technology II: Systems
4 Credits
3 Class Hours, 2 Lab Hours
Study of the interrelation of PTEC equipment and PTEC systems. Students will arrange PTEC equipment into basic systems; describe the purpose and the function of specific PTEC systems; explain how factors affecting PTEC systems are controlled under normal conditions; and recognize abnormal PTEC conditions. Introduces the concept of system and plant economics. Prerequisite(s): PTEC 1060
