MKT 2221 - Consumer Behavior

A study of how consumer behavior influences the marketing manager’s decisions. Topics include the social, physiological, psychological, and environmental factors. Decision-making processes that have an effect on the purchasing and use of goods and services by individuals and households are included. Prerequisite(s): Completion of all Learning Support competencies for reading and writing; MKT 2220
