HMGT 2670 - Front Office Procedures

Features information on today’s front office computer technology, yield management, and reservation systems. Helps students understand the effects of the front office on the overall operation of a hotel and works step-by-step through the front office guest cycle. Outlines the role of front office management and discusses how guest concerns shape management strategies and procedures for front office tasks. Prerequisite(s): HMGT 1250  and HMGT 2805  with a grade of “C” or higher.
