Elevates computer system skills in areas of error detection, issue identification, technical research, solution development, and problem resolution. The student develops an authentic perspective as an industry professional via interviews, simulations, checklists, community contacts, on-site visits, and other interactions to supplement class labs and group discussions. Prerequisite(s): CITC 1320
