Covers increasing property convention and meeting business through improved marketing and better service. Emphasizes addressing meeting planners’ needs and concerns confidently, creatively, and effectively, and taking advantage of unique ideas for servicing groups during their stay. Prerequisite(s): CULA 1200 and HMGT 1010 with a grade of “C” or higher.
