Trains and prepares participants to become skilled in the recognition, discovery, processing, preservation, collection, and transmission of physical evidence found at the scene of the crime. Topics include photography, sketching, fingerprinting, marking, chain of custody, collection methods, sources of physical evidence, and transmission to the laboratory. Prerequisite(s): Level 2 placement in English and Reading.
